Information in this document applies to any platform.


When this issue occurs, users cannot log in to Oracle Legal Whitehill Pre-Bill.   Typically, remote users receive generic Application errors and users local to the Pre-Bill Server will receive a stack trace containing a "NullReference Exception" mentioning the ".menu" item.


This occurs when changes have occurred within Internet Information Server, but not necessarily with the Prebill Folder itself.
