Notes Does Not Contain Anything If The Opcode PCM_OP_AR_ACCOUNT_WRITEOFF Is Used Instead Of Customer Center (Doc ID 801514.1)

Goal

Writing off accounts using the opcode PCM_OP_AR_ACCOUNT_WRITEOFF through testnap with the following flist,

0 PIN_FLD_POID POID [0] 0.0.0.9 /account XXXXXX
0 PIN_FLD_PROGRAM_NAME STR [0] "BATCH WRITE-OFFS"
0 PIN_FLD_DESCR STR [0] "Non-Payment"
0 PIN_FLD_FLAGS INT [0] 1



the "Non-Payment" string should be saved and viewable through Notes in Customer Center (CC) but it does not.

If CC is used ,the strings  in Notes gets saved, any reason why Notes doesn't work when PCM_OP_AR_ACCOUNT_WRITEOFF opcode is invoked directly ?
