Current Date Uses Browser Date Instead of Date Stored in Server for ETM 2.1.5 (Doc ID 801534.1)

The current date variable (%CURRENT-DATE) uses the browser date which can be easily manipulated by
the end user and can vary from machine to machine depending on the machine's settings. This
presents issues with consistency and the potential for users to modify the date. Another issue is
that current date isn't reflecting the browser date.
Quoted from ETM 2.15 help documentation: "%CURRENT-DATE is the current date (as known by the
browser, not the server)". If this is the case, then current date could potentially vary from
machine to machine and the user could easily manipulated the current date on each individual
