Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
Wrong CLINICAL_STUDY_ID was assigned in RDCI_HISTORY. This behaviour is reflected in the table when CRFs were approved
-- Steps To Reproduce:
* Logon to RDC
* select CRF and approve in Classic mode
* CRF is showing the approval status
* The CRF does not appear as approved in rxc.rdci_history table with the correct clinical_study_id.
-- Business Impact:
As the clinical_study_id is not the one of the study used, they can reflect in our listing as needing approval.
