On 12.0.4 in Test: We are running our main plan in 24x7 ATP mode.
We start out with a total of 3 partitions and 2 plans (main and test plan).
The following SQL shows 3 partitions with 1 of them being available (free_flag = 1).
SELECT plan_id, plan_name, free_flag, partition_number
When running the test plan (not ATP enabled) all is fine.
When running the ATP plan for the first time all is fine.
When trying to run the ATP plan a second time, the concurrent request fails and we get the ORA-20000 error.
We then look at the results of the same query above and there is no partition available with
free_flag of 1.
The only way we can get another ATP run to complete is by dropping the "not named" partition via
drop partition cc (partition number / plan = yes), re-compile hundreds of invalid objects, and
re-create an APS partition.
It then starts all over again.
