Run XMLIE Export Returns: The System Cannot Find The Path Specified

This problem can occur on any platform.


Unable to run export.bat in XMLIE after patch upgrade. Running any of the XMLIE operations (export, import etc) returns:
The system cannot find the path specified

This means that it is not possible to import / export the developed cartridges.
Verified that the configuration file exists under the <Install>/SDK/XMLImportExport/config directory. This used to work before patching.

Go to the <OSM Install directory>/SDK\XMLImportExport directory run the following command:
export ./data/ADC_dev_endcustomer.xml ./config/config.xml -n dev_endcustomer -v 1.0.10
