Why Does OCSG Round Up The Value of Latitude/Longitude In Parlay X Location API (Doc ID 802893.1)

Goal

During the data validation check, why the value of latitude/longitude was round up in Parlay X
TerminalLocation API?
For example, the actual value return from MLP LBS server is:
Lat 1.369727882
but at OCSG Parlay X level, it returns Latitude: 1.3697278
