Counter Issue In Radius Manager (Doc ID 802953.1)

-- Problem Statement:
Certain changes were implemented in radius manager to improve performance.

For example we have included multiple modules of mod_cdr. After that, without the proper rotation mechanism we were not able to get the desired throughput and hence we came up with a module which will route the messages to the different mod_cdr's.

After having these changes in your environment, you may face another issue where the counter is not getting incremented in CDR file creation process .
