Issues With TAB Movement During Account Creation Using Customer Center

During account creation in Customer Center on the initial Contact Info Screen when we get to the
address field by pressing tab once , but when we hit tab it remains in the same field. It doesn't move to the next field.

### Steps to Reproduce ###
Install customer center.
Create new account, tab through first, middle and last name and get to address field.
Enter address and press tab it remains in the address field and doesn't go to next field.
