Agile Application Server Does Not Start Up with Error List XXXXX Does Not Exist in the Cache. It May Have Been Deleted Already.

Problem Statement:
Application server cannot be started.
Below error is logged in OC4J log:
Error: List XXXXX does not exist in the cache. It may have been deleted already

Running below sql does not return result. XXXXXX to be replaced by List ID reported in OC4J log:
sql> select * from listentry where parentid = XXXXXX;
sql> select * from listname where id = XXXXXX;
Note: If running above sql return result, refer to <NOTE:779243.1>  for solution.

Running below sql returns result.
sql> select * from listname where parent_list=XXXXXX;


Deleted Cascading list.
