Customer Center 'Plans' Tab Displays Device ID Instead Of The Defined Login ID

This problem can occur on any platform.
The ID [login] column on the 'Plans' tab for Telco products displays device ID instead of the defined login ID.
Steps To Reproduce:
a. Install all relevant patches up to <
b. Create an account for a telco service , example: /service/telco/gsm/telephony
c. Set the login ID to 'SERVICE_LOGIN'
d. Add 2 device IDs , example: 00441122334455 & 00446677889900
e. View the 'Plans' tab , it looks correct with ID column set to 'SERVICE_LOGIN'
f. Now apply <
g. View the 'Plans' tab. The ID column is now set to 00446677889900.
