Goal

Our DBA would like to reorganize the ATT_TRANSFORMER table to improve performance on a query that runs against this table.  The suggestion is to use the Move or shrink database command. 

What operations have an impact on the ATT_TRANSFORMER table with respect to updates and insert statements?  Are there any risks to shrinking/re-organizing this table?
