Steps To Reproduce:

* create a product/deal1 ;

         > MCF
         > charge 1 month bill in advance
         > RPS having, say, 5 rate plans with a criteria such that one gets applied, Ex : account.pin_fld_currency = 978
         > proration setting : purchase - do not charge , cancel - charge based on usage
* create a discount/deal2 ;
         > /service/ip
         > cascade
         > MCF with out-of-box discount model DM10%OFF
* DOM = 22
* config_billing_delay is commented in cm pin.conf
