When Importing an XML file via DataManager Not All Records are Inserted into the Database (Doc ID 807160.1)

Symptoms

When importing data into the customer database from an XML file in Data Manager, not all records are imported. No error occurs indicating that the record(s) were not imported. This behavior is verified by manually confirming if the records in the XML file were imported into the database.

This occurs when importing data in the Compact XML format.
