Automation Task Does Not Run After JMS Store Change To Filestore And Back (Doc ID 807637.1)

Symptoms

All of the automation tasks stuck at 'receive' state. JMS messages at oms_events fail delivery and redirected to error queue:

Workaround
Accept tasks and then receive them one by one.

Impact:
Orders cannot be processed in time.

Changes

JMS JDBC changed to file store and then changed back to JDBC store.
