Unable To Connect To Pipeline Database On RAC From Pricing Center (Doc ID 807753.1)

BRM and Pipeline database are setup on RAC. The virtual IP of the database host and service name are configured in the /config/pricing_admin, but with this configuration Pricing Center is not able to connect to the pipeline database.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Configure the BRM database to be on RAC
2. Configure the following in /config/pricing_admin
    PIN_FLD_HOSTNAME with Virtual IP of the RAC database
    PIN_FLD_NAME with Database Service Name
3. Restart CM and DM
4. Connect to Pricing Center
5. The following error will be coming

"Unable to connect to pipeline database. Please contact your administrator."
