Symptoms

Agile PLM FileManager application stopped working due to insufficient disk space in its installed drive

iFS server was working before stopped working now due to no free disk space.

Users cannot add/get/view files and ECO's are not being released to the downstream applications

Displays following error on the front end UI.
Error: File Server May be Down. Please Check FileServer Configuration

FileManager Tomcat server process fails to restart with back end server error message
Error: Server.Parse Fatalerror at line -1 column
Error: LifecycleException: No UserDatabase Component gound under Key user Database
tomcat-usrs.xml is 0 size

Changes

Disk space on the mapped network storage drive on Solaris 9 OS max'ed out.
