User is seeing the following errors in the LDAP error logs

repl_set_mtn_referrals: could not set referrals for replica o=telstra.com: 20
[05/Jan/2009:09:26:35 +1100] - WARNING<20805> - Backend Database - conn=0 op=355 msgId=356
- search is not indexed
[05/Jan/2009:09:27:45 +1100] - ERROR<5398> - Entry - conn=-1 op=-1 msgId=-1 - Duplicate
value addition in attribute "nsslapd-referral" of entry "cn=\22o=telstra.com\22,cn=mapping
tree,cn=config"
