Activity Log "Reported By" Differs Based On Task Finish Method (Doc ID 810363.1)

Goal

In the Task Detail Activity Log, the view sometimes shows that SYNERGEN changed a task from
Active to Finished, and other times it is an actual user that changed the task status from Active
to Finished. If the user finishes the task in Cost and Closeout, then SYNERGEN shows up in the
Activity Log. In the Task Closeout Wizard, the user is filled in for the "Reported By."
