ATP Processing Error When Scheduling An Order - ATP Session file Shows ORA-6533 and ORA-2064

On in Production:
When attempting to enter line and check ATP, the following error occurs.

Scheduling failed. ATP processing error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter a line and check ATP

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter a line

.In the ATP session file generated on the APS Destination instance we see the following error
