Symptoms

On 7.3.1, While rating a late CDR against an inactivated service, the CDR is rejected.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
STEPS
  1. Created an account on 13/03/2009 for standard GSM.
  2. Passed one cdr of 16/03/2009 : processed successufully
  3. Make pin_virtual_time to 20/03/2009
  4. Changed the service status to inactive.
  5. Passed a CDR of 26/03/2009   : got rejected
  6. Passed a CDR of 16/03/2009   : got rejected
