Purpose
This document is to help Users and DBA’s setup and use dblinks correctly for ASCP and ATP Setups. This is applicable for a distributed installation where APS Instance is on a separate server from the ERP Instance.
Example Setups for the information below: ERP Instance – NIC located on server1 -- Setup a db_link called NIC_TO_KEP APS Instance - KEPLER located on server2 -- Setup a db_link called KEP_TO_NIC
