This problem can occur on any platform.
When entering a PSR for a CLCI-SS special circuit, the circuit info tab does not properly reflect
the Service Type and in some cases the Rate Code of the circuit.
1. The Circuit Info tab Service Type Code /Ext has two dropdown lists. The first one should
reflect the Service Type as listed in the Service Type table and not the “DS1-Service” that is
currently displayed in the list. The Service Types should be listed in the drop down for the user
to select in the PSR. The Service Type should flow to the Circuit ID when assigning the Circuit
ID in the PSR or later in the Circuit ID task. The second list is blank as the extensions are not
defined in a table. This field should populate from the Circuit ID when it is assigned in the
order or from the Circuit ID task.
2. Assigning the Circuit ID from within the PSR assign Circuit ID currently does not update the
Service Type in the Circuit Info tab to reflect the Service Type from the Service Type table. It
does not update the Ext field in the Circuit Info tab. Assigning the Circuit ID from within the
PSR should reflect the correct Service Type, Extension and Rate Code in the Circuit Info tab.
3. The Circuit Info tab is not updated with the Service Type, Ext and Rate Code when adding the
Circuit ID from within the Circuit ID task. Then the Circuit ID is added or changed in the
Circuit ID task, the changes must flow back to the Circuit Info tab correctly.
