Exception On Setting Payment Method To Discover Card

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 220.127.116.11.0 version, the below Exception is thrown on setting the Payment Method to Discover Card.
Steps To Reproduce:
1.Create an Invoice Customer.
2.Go to Payment tab --> Add New Payment Method
3.Create Credit Card payment Type with Discover Card.( 6011 1111 1111 1117)
4.Change Payment Method from Invoice to Discover and Save.
5.Click Refresh, It can be seen that the payment mode still reflects invoice
Actual Result: This throws an exception and does not save the Change made.
