Refresh Problem In The Plan Tab

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 126.96.36.199.0 version, a refresh problem is observed in the Plan tab as described below.
Steps To Reproduce:
1) Login to Customer Center.
2) Create an account with /gsm/telephony, click the purchase in the Plans Tab.
3) Select Add Deal or Add Plan and purchase another plan/deal with the gsm telephony as service.
4) Select the Product which has no discount, it would navigate to the product detail page.
5) Select Plan tab again and select the discount in the Product/Discount column, then navigate to product detail page.
6) Select again the Product which has no discount, it would navigate to the product detail page.
7) Select plan tab again it can be seen that the Discount Object has no description.
