When attempting to run MSCPST module: Purge Interface Tables the following error occurs in the log file:

Another pre-processing process is running.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run MSCPST from ASCP/Collections/Legacy Collections/Purge Interface tables.
2. Error occurs in the log file
