Symptoms

This issue happens when Oracle Legal Whitehill Enterprise Converter does not profile all documents successfully to Interwoven. The error log reveals the following in relation to the failed files:

Interwoven Error - CheckInDocument - at WHInterwoven.Whitehill.WHInterwoven.CheckInDocument(IManDocument& imaDocument, IManDatabase& imaDatabase, imCheckinDisposition tempAction, String strFilePath) - #-2147467259 - The document returned from the check-in method was invalid. Request to server timed out
