-- Problem Statement:
When we try to authorize prepaid customer, we are not getting correct value in PIN_FLD_QUANTITY of PCM_OP_ACT_CALC_MAX_USAGE return flist. We are always getting -1 but with same price plan its working fine in 6.7_FP1.
