Worksheet Caching Takes a Long Time. (Doc ID 815627.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


On 7.1.1 in Production:
Caching of 18 Worksheets, using the Cache Workflow step, went from 4 hours to complete to now taking 12 hours to complete

Cache Workflow step should take a reasonable amount of time to complete

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up Cache Workflow Step that will cache 18 worksheets for a variety of end users
2. Run Workflow at 11pm

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot benefit from the caching of worksheets
