Symptoms

This issue can occur in a Legacy collections or standard EBS collections environment.  This can also occur when running with the 64 bit Memory Based Snapshot executables as well.  When running the ASCP plan the Memory Based Snapshot will give an error like the following:

before mrflit_flush_items

APP-MRP-22075: an internal error has occurred (mrflit_flush_items, 905, LBS)
APP-MRP-22075: an internal error has occurred (mrnsii_snp_item_info, 115, ,)
APP-MRP-22075: an internal error has occurred (main, 10,1470,777_ASCP1)

STEPS To Reproduce:

1.  Run either EBS or Legacy Collections

2.  Run the ASCP plan and the error occurs
