Goal
Q1: In the Consumptions screen of the forecasted item, there are negative numbers. The sum of the
negative and positive quantities equal the consumption: original minus the current. This makes sense.
However, what causes a number to be negative when viewing the details of forecast consumption in navigation Material Planner/Forecast/Sets - select the forecast - query the item - select the Consumptions button?
Q2: Is it safe to assume any negative number in the consumptions screen is due to a change in the sales order i.e. quantity, scheduled ship date, cancellation etc..?"
