Symptoms

On 7.1.1  in Production:
When try to log into the web application ,the user receives the
following message

ERROR
Invalid username or password. Please try again

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to log into the Web  application, receive error message.

Note that Logging into the client/server pieces (ex. Business Modeler) is fine.


BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log into the Web application
