From OSM, the designer, when creating the multi-task instance can only spawn the multitask instance based on the count of the selected repeatable node (under OSM Admin > Process Design > Modify Task > Task Instance). Is there a way to further limit the number of task instances created based on the value of the element? (i.e. via XPath).
