In CCB V2.10 / FW V2.1.0 Websphere environment we found that the cobol runtime cannot share with the two nodes in cluster. Because when the first node(server) is started, the Cobol JVMs are instantiated and creates socket files (splSockxxxx) in the runtime directory (/spl/<ENV>/runtime). When the next node(server) is started, it will error because it thinks the Cobol JVMs has already been started due the presence of the socket files.
