"Run Time Error '3021' Either BOF or EOF Is True" Error When Logging in to the Thick Client

The following error message occurs when trying to log into the thick client:
Either BOF of EOF is True, or the current record has been deleted.
Requested operation requires a current record."
However, there is no issue logging into Macro Space Management (MSM).
