Spanish Translation Issues In Trouble Ticket Module (Doc ID 820998.1)

Symptoms

Customer is informing the following windows are  not translating properly for Spanish language localization:

1. Trouble Ticket Contacts - CONTACTO DE AVERIAS 
2. Trouble User Data - DATOS DE USUARIOS DE LA GERENCIA DE PROBLEMAS
3. Ticket Template Search - BUSQUEDA DE PLANTILLA DE TICKET
4. Trouble Ticket Search - BUSQUEDA DE TICKETS DE AVERIA
5. New Ticket - NUEVO TICKET
6. New Ticket Template Search - BUSQUEDA DE PLANTILLA DE TICKET 

7. TT query: Range Type Dropdown
8. Create Ticket without Template: Billing Type Dropdown
