Goal
In our business practice when customers are disconnect for non-payment we will reconnect their
services on the same day once payment has been received. We've noticed that the SET (Severance
Event Trigger) is set up in the Daily Batch Process which is run at the close of business for that
day. We would like to include the SET in our Hourly Batch Process so that our severance process to
reconnect services is run throughout the day. Can the SET be run by itself without causing any
system problems or does it have to be run with the other severance processes like the SEC and the
SED?
