Bracket For Outstanding Value In Customer Center Is Not Consistent

This problem can occur on any platform.
Please note that this will not change the amount stored in the database. It is purely a display problem.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. From Customer Center, search and select account with credit balance on non-US currency.
2. Then from Summary Tab, display "All credit limits".
3. The account should have a negative(-ve) outstanding balance.
4. Then try to move the "Outstanding" Column before "Unlimited" Column or change the focus to another dialog or send the dialog behind another window. The Outstanding balance will become a positive value.
