Symptoms

For all events created before upgrade [65 to 731], amount appears as 0 in the product history tab of Customer Center

-- Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Upgrade from 65 to 731
(2) View the product history for an upgraded account under Plans tab --> Actions --> Product History
(3) Amount appears as '0' for all events created before upgrade
