Promotion Type Is Not Properly Displayed In Customer Center (Doc ID 822047.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Customer Center does not refresh Promotion Type under the Service Level Promotion after changing
the selected service, even if the refresh button is pressed.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Step 1) : Goto $PIN_HOME/sys/data/config and create a provisioning tag with the same ERA name :
provisioning_tag "/config/telco/gsm/telephony" "Final Test Custom Era(TELEPHONY)" "Final Test Custom Era before raising an SR" "n"
service_era "FINAL_CUSTOM_ERA" 6000 6001 "n"
provisioning_tag "/config/telco/gsm/sms" "Final Test Custom Era(SMS)" "Final Test Custom Era before raising an SR" "n"
service_era "FINAL_CUSTOM_ERA" 6002 6003 "n"


Step 2 ) Run load_pin_telco_tags -v pin_telco_tags_gsm, re-start cm
Step 3) Add the same to the era_descr file $PIN_HOME/sys/msgs/eradescr
Make the changes in era_descr.en_US :

Step 4) Run load_localized_strings -v era_descr.en_US
Step 5) Create a product for /service/telco/gsm/sms and create a plan for the same
Step 6) Create a product for /service/telco/gsm/telephony and create a plan for the same
Step 7) Purchase the plan (check_era_bug_sms) from above through Customer Center and view the
Promotions tab
Step 8) Purchase an additional plan (check_era_bug_telephony) and view the promotion tab
It can be seen that the Promotion Type has not changed for telephony it is only seen for SMS , its
the same even after we click refresh
