Goal

1) Is it possible to force Pipeline Rating Engine (PRE) to reload/refresh ALL information (account_t, purchased_product_t,service_t) in memory only for one account?

2) Is it possible to cancel last command sent in semaphore to PRE? Many times after sending a semaphore the PRE hangs on processing the semaphore.
