Symptoms

Tried to configure the plugin to receive the MM7 message from MMSC (Mobile Originating), OCSG
received the MMS but it failed on delivering to Content Provider with the following error:

'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] ERROR
com.bea.wlcp.wlng.plugin.multimediamessaging.mm7.networkinitiated.MM7VASPPortTypeImpl -
NoMatchingNotificationInfoFoundException
