Goal

How to remove the entry /group/billing from group_billing_member_t table?

e.g.
An account in a hierarchy was closed using the CUST_SET_STATUS opcode with:

...
PIN_FLD_STATUS = 10103
PIN_FLD_STATUS_FLAGS = 8192
...


The account is closed but the entry from /group/billing (group_billing_member_t table) is not removed. The children account are paying and the parent is non paying.
