Upgrading Demantra ( ex. from 7.2.0 To 184.108.40.206 ) Corrupts Collaborator Workbench Portal (only seems to occur with users Running Tomcat as the Web Server)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After upgrading to Demantra v7203 the Collaborator Workbench page appears to be corrupted (no Worksheets or My Tasks panes are visible)
Expect the Collaborator Workbench to display normally.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade to Demantra v7203 from v7202 (although it could certainly involve other versions)
2. Start up Tomcat Web Server and attempt to log into the Collaborator Workbench
3. See Corruption of Screen
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Collaborator Workbench.
Note that the Workflow Manager might also display some corruption in this scenario.
