Current Balances Dashboard does not have Correct Data Due to Caching

When reviewing the Dashboards for Current Balances, the balances for certain accounts are missing even though the data exists.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Check the Dashboard Current Balances and found only one of the deposit account was displayed.
2. Check the Account Category table to find the code for each category:

    select account_category_cd, account_category from PFT_ACCOUNT_CATEGORY_DSC;

3. Check the aggregated table OFS_BI_H_COA_A where the data is stored, and found there are other account groups within the deposit category.
