Goal

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), which Call Data Record (CDR) field(s) are used to identify/derive the originating or terminating network operator in case of interconnect rating of Short Message Service (SMS) and Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) messages?

In some cases of SMS/MMS, the incoming or outgoing trunk ID may not be received from the network element/switch.
