To understand the intended availability of the Special Listing functionality after

Following is an excerpt from <> Oracle Clinical Release 4.5.3 RDC Onsite User's Guide Supplement:

"To make this functionality available to your RDC users, in addition to applying the latest Oracle Clinical RDC patch that includes this functionality, you must install TMS, load the necessary TMS dictionary, and in Oracle Clinical, link questions from CRF sections to dictionaries, as appropriate."

There are other sections which talk about customizations, but nothing which would suggest that the Special Listing functionality is optional once and the TMS prerequisites have been applied.

The goal of this note is to answer the following questions authoritatively with DEV's assistance:

Q 1. Is there a way to suppress the Special Listings navigation in RDC Onsite?
(This was added as part of the iPatch with several other bug fixes.)

Q 2. If yes, can it be removed by study or is it by instance only?

Q 3. What does it check for to determine TMS is installed which will in turn activate the navigation link?

Q 4. What version of TMS is this Special Listing feature compatible with?

Q 5. Will it work with any version of TMS prior to 4.6?
