MSCPDP - 'Planning Data Pull' Periodically Completes With ORA-01403 Error (Doc ID 827533.1)

When Launching the 'Planning Data Collections', the 'Planning Data Pull' concurrent process will periodically error with an ORA-01403. At the end of the log file, it shows the following message:

This request finished with an error and produced the following completion message: Concurrent Manager encountered an error while attempting to start your immediate concurrent program MSCPDP. Routine &ROUTINE received a return code of failure.

Steps:
1) Launch Planning Data Collections.
2) Note the 'Planning Data Pull' concurrent program ends with error status and shows an ORA-01403 No Data Found error message in the log file.
