318800 - Cannot Delete a Dictionary Domain Element Against Which Verbatim Terms Have Been Entered (Doc ID 828213.1)

Symptoms

If a user creates a new study with data already entered and accidentally assigns the wrong  TMS Dictionary/Domain combination to the study or project , where coded VT data exists for the dictionary/domain combination, then it is not possible to undo this change.

 

The message:

 '318800 - Cannot delete a dictionary domain element against which verbatim terms have been entered'

Is displayed if an attempt is made to delete the TMS Dictionary/Domain record in the 'Maintain Domain Elements' screen

Changes

Recent accidental change to the New Study to amend the dictionary / Domain elements for the study.
