Symptoms

Error checking for the SMC Alcatel cartridge is incomplete.
Received responses:

FATAL
MSG AA-F-013 TOO MANY SERVICE ORDERS PENDING
END

Does not trigger any action like Maintenance.

FATAL
MSG AA-F-021 DAILY SERVICE ORDER CAPACITY OVERFLOW
END

Does not trigger any action like Maintenance until the end of day.


MSG AA-F-013 TOO MANY SERVICE ORDERS PENDING

Should lead ASAP to back off for some time and RETRY, not FAIL.

The impact is that all subsequent work orders fail until these conditions are cleared.
